How does the product Warranty work?

All products have a “carry in manufacturer warranty” The Product manufacturer will handle all warranty claims – Please revert to product documentation. It will be up to the buyer to return any faulty items to the manufacturer for any claims.

How can I pay for my order?

You may pay with your Credit Card, Debit Card or do an instant EFT via our secure “PayFast” Portal.

How do I get a refund instead of a credit?

If you paid by EFT using Payfast, you’ll need to provide us with your banking details. Credit Card payments will be processed directly into the credit card account used to pay for your original order.

All other payments will be refunded via the original payment method used for your original order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have redeemed a coupon on your original purchase we will reissue the coupon amount and refund the amount you have paid, excluding the coupon value.

Refunds may take 5 to 7 days to reflect depending on your payment method and bank used.

When will my order be ready for collection?

You will be notified by eMail when your order is ready for collection, this notification will contain Pick Up location address and contact person details.

Where will I be able to Collect?

We can arrange for you to collect your item in a major city closest to your delivery address, this will take 2 to 3 days to arrange. This Service is free of charge.

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

We use Postnet Counter to Counter Service with tracking code – 3-5 business days from dispatch.

The Fees are as follows:

  • Up to 5kg = R99.00
  • Up to 10kg = R199.00
  • Up to 15kg = R299.00
